About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This role combines back-office administrative work, basic accounting responsibilities, and customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and back-office duties
- Manage accounts payable (A/P), including invoice entry and processing
- Reconcile accounts and assist with financial recordkeeping
- Process payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems
- Assist with order processing and operational support tasks
- Provide customer service via email and phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administrative support, accounting, or similar role
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (A/P, reconciliation, payments)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable using business software (Excel, ERP systems—Odoo experience is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience in a small business or fast-growing environment
- Familiarity with inventory or order management systems
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
