Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, answer direct calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other computer skills to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations efficiently.
- Oversee calendar management and schedule appointments or meetings to optimize time management for team members.
- Assist with Fleet maintance.
- Assist with office management duties such as supply inventory, filing systems, and general clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and another Spanish to facilitate clear communication with diverse clients and team members.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with office management tasks including filing, calendar coordination, and personal assistant responsibilities.
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills combined with experience managing multi-line phone systems.
- Proven clerical experience with attention to detail in proofreading documents and managing administrative workflows.
