Administrative Assistant / Business Development Coordinator (Remote)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support administrative operations, business development activities, website quality assurance, and basic graphic design tasks.
Responsibilities

  • Test and review websites for formatting, spacing, content, image sizing, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
  • Report issues and coordinate with developers for fixes.
  • Support business development activities, lead research, and client follow-ups.
  • Manage administrative tasks, documentation, scheduling, and communications.
  • Create basic graphics for presentations, social media, and marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Basic understanding of website testing and quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Job Details

  • Position: Full-Time
  • Location: Remote
  • Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day

Preferred: Experience with WordPress, website content management, or business development support.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
