Dorcey Law Firm is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant / Case Manager to join our growing team, working alongside a close-knit team that helps families through some of life’s most challenging transitions.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and track probate cases from start to finish.
  • Maintain detailed client files and ensure all documents are accurate and complete.
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and internal team members.
  • Prepare correspondence and filings with precision.
  • Support the probate team in delivering compassionate, timely service.
