Administrative Assistant (CEO & Development Support)
Location: Roseville, CA
Status: 30-32 hours a week
Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer and Development Department. This role ensures efficient executive operations while supporting donor engagement, fundraising activities, and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage CEO calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Draft and edit professional correspondence
- Coordinate board meetings, including materials, minutes, and follow-up
Development & Fundraising Support
- Assist with donor communications, including acknowledgments and appeals
- Support planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns
- Maintain and update donor database (CRM)
- Track donations, sponsorships, and pledges in coordination with finance
Administrative Operations
- Coordinate meetings, events, and community engagements
- Serve as liaison between leadership, staff, and external partners
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Provide general administrative and project support
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years administrative or executive support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Experience supporting fundraising or development teams
- Data entry & management experience
- Experience coordinating events or donor campaigns

Salary & Benefits
- Range- $24-$25 per hour pending qualifications.
