About the Role
We are a growing, planning-focused wealth management firm seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Client Service Associate to support our advisors and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping our team stay organized, prepared, and client-focused.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare client review materials and meeting agendas independently
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and client communications
- Create and coordinate travel itineraries and internal workflows
- Support account servicing and operational processes
- Maintain accurate client records within CRM systems
- Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless experience
- Serve as a key point of contact for client service needs
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and Fidelity Wealthscape
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Client-first mindset with a commitment to delivering white-glove service

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
