Administrative Assistant/ Client Service

About the Role

We are a growing, planning-focused wealth management firm seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Client Service Associate to support our advisors and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping our team stay organized, prepared, and client-focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare client review materials and meeting agendas independently
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and client communications
  • Create and coordinate travel itineraries and internal workflows
  • Support account servicing and operational processes
  • Maintain accurate client records within CRM systems
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless experience
  • Serve as a key point of contact for client service needs

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and Fidelity Wealthscape
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Client-first mindset with a commitment to delivering white-glove service

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
