Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant supports the Executive Administrative Assistant and the Program Directors with primary responsibilities in the areas of building coordination and room scheduling and supporting the Program Directors. Routine interaction with a diverse group of constituents including faculty, staff, students, visitors, and Research Medical Center staff is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in an academic setting
• Front desk reception experience
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a culturally diverse environment
• Word processing, and Excel and/or database experience.
• Knowledge of Jenzabar(student data-based)
