Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Based on Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, phone systems).

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Greet clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate team members.

Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.

Assist with data entry and maintaining client records accurately.

Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth office operations.

Handle basic inquiries from clients regarding their policies or services.
