Job Title: Construction Office Coordinator – No ExperienceLocation: Osage Beach, MO (In-Person)
Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year + Performance Bonuses (Benchmarks at $1.5M & $3M)

We are a growing roofing company looking for a reliable person with a "good spirit" to join our team. If you are organized and willing to learn, we have built the systems to make you successful. We provide full training, including video tutorials, automated spreadsheets, and easy-to-use templates. This is an ideal role for someone coming from retail or hospitality who wants a stable office career.What You Will Do

• Coordinate Projects: Use our templates to order materials and schedule crews.
• Financial Admin: Handle simple fund transfers on our bank platform and use our automated Excel sheets to check project profitability.
• Keep us Running: Update our CRM (customer database) to track job progress.
• Follow the Process: Utilize our training videos and "cheat sheets" to handle insurance claim paperwork (no prior knowledge required!).
