We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant / Contract Clerk to handle titles, sales paperwork, and California DMV documents that come in from across the country — and help keep our fast-paced dealership running smoothly.
Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Must be flexible for occasional overtime.

Key Responsibilities
As a Contract Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring every deal is handled with precision and care:
- DMV Expertise – Use your knowledge of California DMV paperwork, forms, and regulations to process documents correctly.
- Accuracy Matters – Verify contracts, titles, and registrations for accuracy.
- Compliance Champion – Ensure dealership operations follow all state requirements and regulations.
- Customer Service – Communicate with sellers and clients via phone and email, answering questions with professionalism and care.
- Efficiency Guru – Coordinate sales transactions and documentation with speed and accuracy.
- Organization is Key – Maintain an organized filing system for current, pending, and incomplete deals.
- Team Player – Work seamlessly with sales and internal departments to keep transactions moving.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of California DMV paperwork, forms, and regulations (required).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with email and office software.
- Prior experience as a contract clerk, DMV clerk, or administrative assistant is preferred.
- Passion for classic cars is a plus.
- Must be able to work the full schedule above, including Saturdays and occasional overtime.
