Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth coordination between our sales team, clients, and travel retail officers, while maintaining efficient administrative and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Performance Coordination
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with sales staff for all projects.
- Prepare and analyze business reviews for clients to monitor sales team performance.
- Advise the sales team on targets, achievements, and performance metrics.
Staff, Client Coordination & Administrative Support
- Coordinate with sales staff, office team, clients, and travel retail officers to ensure compliance with necessary documentation and procedures.
- Maintain and monitor staff records, ensuring that all documents remain valid.
- Oversee attendance tracking, assign schedules or shifts, and communicate updates to staff.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments between clients and staff.
- Assist in job postings and applicant screening.
- Handle client inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
- Generate reports related to staff scheduling and attendance.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with rules and regulations set by relevant authorities for document approvals, preventing delays and avoiding penalties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience in an administrative or recruitment role is a plus but not required.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
