We are hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant with accounting background who can join immediately. Female only
- Previous experience as Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar role
- Hands-on experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
- Organizing and coordinating skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Tally).
Responsibilities
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Desktop research
- Book travel arrangements (flights and hotel accommodations)
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Maintain contact lists
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist in month-end closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Experience:
- Accounting experience: 1 year UAE Experience (Knowledge in Tally required)
- Administrative experience: at least 1 year UAE experience (required)
