Administrative Duties

Manage daily office operations, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping.

Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for management.

Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor communication.

Accounting Duties

Prepare and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

Handle petty cash, expense claims, and reimbursement processing.

Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

1 year experience

Salary 15000 - 18000 pm

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
