Procurement Officer:
- Lead operational procurement, including sourcing, purchasing, and monitoring deliveries.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies, procedures, and specifications.
- Coordinate with the operations team on costing and quotations. Demonstrate expertise in sourcing materials quickly at competitive prices. Handle both local and overseas purchases.
- Arrange, monitor, and coordinate import and export shipments. Maintain and control all purchase files.
- Purchase supplies and equipment for Smart Home Automation and resolve any discrepancies in purchases or deliveries.
- Ensure purchases are accurately invoiced, completed, and delivered promptly.
- Communicate and negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices.
- Create and maintain a list of device stocks.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing devices.
- Check the quantity of devices in the stockroom.
- Receive deliveries and verify contents.
- Prepare lists and quantities of devices required for each project.
Administrative Assistant:
- Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills in handling big data and complex information.
- Resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Create and maintain a file record for the company’s daily expenses.
- Ensure all client contract copies are properly encoded and stored in the system.
- Perform general office duties as required.
