Career Objectives:
We are looking for a competent and skillful administrative assistant to be responsible for inputting a high volume of data into the database and providing administrative support to the brand manager.

Experience:
Administrative experience in Kuwait: 2 years (Preferred)
Data entry or office related experience : 2 years (Preferred)Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
Language: English (Required) and Arabic (Preferred)
Great organizational and planning skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High professional conduct, integrity and ethics
Experience using Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)

Duties & Responsibilities include

Inputting data into the company database
Converting physical data into digital form
Work closely with reporting manager to verify and edit data as needed
Perform office related tasks as needed
Manage and organize records and files
Prepare relevant reports as needed
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain contact lists
Provide general support to visitors
Photocopy and print documents on behalf of other colleagues
Work closely with the accounting and marketing team to deliver reports to brand manage
