Athletic/Sportswear/Uniform apparel company seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong data entry skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, reliable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into company databases and spreadsheets
  • Maintain and organize digital and paper records
  • Assist with filing and document preparation
  • Manage email correspondence and route inquiries appropriately
  • Support daily office operations and provide general administrative assistance to team members
  • Generate and review reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office clerk, or data entry clerk
  • Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
