Athletic/Sportswear/Uniform apparel company seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong data entry skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, reliable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into company databases and spreadsheets
- Maintain and organize digital and paper records
- Assist with filing and document preparation
- Manage email correspondence and route inquiries appropriately
- Support daily office operations and provide general administrative assistance to team members
- Generate and review reports for accuracy and completeness
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office clerk, or data entry clerk
- Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
