Administrative Assistant & Digital Content Creator (Remote)

We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and creative individual to fill a dual role at our learning center, splitting time roughly evenly between administrative support and digital content creation. On the administrative side, this person will be the communication hub of the center, managing emails and phone calls with families and supporting daily operations. On the creative side, they will produce marketing and training content, including graphics, videos, and animations.

This role is for remote work from home during US Pacific Time Zone (10am to 6pm Pacific, 10pm to 6am Pakistan Standard Time). Must be fluent in spoken and written English and able to understand the American accent.

Key Responsibilities

Communication & Front Office Support

• Answer and respond to phone calls and emails from parents, guardians, and prospective clients in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
• Schedule student sessions, manage changes, and coordinate with instructors.
• Maintain a warm and welcoming tone in all customer interactions, promoting the Mathnasium brand.

Administrative Tasks

• Organize and maintain digital files related to student progress, assessments, and attendance.
• Assist with updating tracking systems and dashboards as needed.
• Support center leadership with tasks such as preparing reports and scheduling meetings.

Digital Content Creation

• Design marketing creative for social media, email campaigns, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Produce and edit training materials, including instructional videos and animations for staff and families.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written content.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan a content calendar and develop campaigns that support enrollment and retention.

Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
