Administrative Assistant (Emiratisation)

As part of our Emiratisation initiative , we are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai Hills.
Role Overview:
This role will provide administrative and operational support across our sales and talent acquisition departments. You will be responsible for following up with leads, managing calls, maintaining records, and assisting in day-to-day coordination to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Follow up with sales leads and client inquiries via phone and email
⢠Handle incoming calls and coordinate with the relevant departments
⢠Support the Talent Acquisition team with scheduling, candidate coordination, and basic recruitment administration
⢠Maintain accurate records and ensure data is updated in our CRM systems
⢠Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and general office tasks
Requirements:
⢠Excellent communication and organisational skills
⢠Confident phone manner and ability to handle client interactions professionally
⢠Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude
⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office
