Administrative Assistant (Entry-Level)

Job Description:

We are currently hiring a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow their career in administration.

No extensive experience required – we provide training!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, calls, and scheduling
  • Perform data entry and maintain records
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks
  • Prepare reports and documents
  • Coordinate with team members and clients

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Google Docs)
  • Good communication skills
