About the Role
Inlighten Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Assistant to support daily office operations and administrative coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career candidate who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in office administration, operations coordination, and general business support within a fast-paced technology company environment.
This position will mainly assist with non-confidential administrative and operational tasks to help improve overall office efficiency and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with general office administrative tasks and daily operational support

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and conference room bookings

Help organize office supplies, shipments, deliveries, and inventory tracking

Support onboarding logistics and employee administrative coordination

Assist with document organization, filing, data entry, and spreadsheet updates

Coordinate with vendors, property management, and service providers as needed

Help prepare internal reports, presentations, and meeting materials

Support event coordination, team activities, and visitor arrangements

Assist with maintaining organized records and internal operational documentation

Perform other administrative and operational support tasks assigned by management
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; recent graduates are welcome to apply

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to maintain professionalism and reliability

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred)

Prior internship or administrative experience is a plus
