Club X is preparing for an opening and is looking for a motivated, organized Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a recent college graduate or early-career professional who wants to gain hands-on experience working directly with business leadership in a fast-paced hospitality and entertainment environment.
This role offers the opportunity to learn operations, business administration, vendor management, and event coordination while helping build a newly revitalized brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for ownership and management
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with vendor communications and service coordination
- Help prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal documents
- Support HR tasks including onboarding paperwork and employee records
- Assist with invoices, purchase orders, and basic bookkeeping coordination
- Coordinate deliveries, appointments, and service providers
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Communications, Hospitality, or related field)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, QuickBooks (major plus)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Interest in hospitality, entertainment, or business operations is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $45,000 – $49,000 per year (based on experience)

Schedule
Full-time position
Monday – Friday schedule with occasional flexibility during major events or busy periods.
