Administrative Assistant (Entry Level – Recent Graduates Welcome)

Exciting new addition to the nightlife scene — a sleek, modern venue focused on premium service and unforgettable experiences. As we prepare to open our doors, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant.

Club X is preparing for an opening and is looking for a motivated, organized Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a recent college graduate or early-career professional who wants to gain hands-on experience working directly with business leadership in a fast-paced hospitality and entertainment environment.

This role offers the opportunity to learn operations, business administration, vendor management, and event coordination while helping build a newly revitalized brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for ownership and management
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist with vendor communications and service coordination
  • Help prepare reports, spreadsheets, and internal documents
  • Support HR tasks including onboarding paperwork and employee records
  • Assist with invoices, purchase orders, and basic bookkeeping coordination
  • Coordinate deliveries, appointments, and service providers
  • Provide general administrative and office support as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Communications, Hospitality, or related field)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, QuickBooks (major plus)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Interest in hospitality, entertainment, or business operations is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $45,000 – $49,000 per year (based on experience)

Schedule

Full-time position
Monday – Friday schedule with occasional flexibility during major events or busy periods.
