Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to our CEO. This is an onsite role in Nashville, TN that provides exposure to high-level strategic projects, luxury hospitality ventures, and transformative real estate developments.
The ideal candidate brings a can-do attitude, thrives under pressure, and is willing to do whatever it takes to keep the CEO’s busy schedule running smoothly. This is a high-energy, fast-paced role requiring adaptability, discretion, and proactive problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, travel, and meetings with precision.
- Draft, edit, and manage communications, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate projects and serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize executive retreats, board meetings, and high-profile events.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Anticipate needs and take initiative to ensure the CEO is fully supported.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance executive efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years supporting C-level executives, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or related sectors.
- Exceptional organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and a proactive, can-do mindset.
- Must be highly proficient using AI tools and Google Workspace to streamline workflows, manage projects, and optimize executive support.
- Willingness to go above and beyond to support the CEO’s demanding schedule, including working extended hours as needed.
- Strong typing and time management skills required, with a minimum typing speed of 60 WPM
- Must be onsite in Nashville, TN.
