The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing support services to the President and Executive Staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, typing/word processing, calendar applications, proofreading, preparing reports, processing correspondence, scheduling meetings, recording minutes at meetings, receiving visitors, maintaining files and conducting special projects, as assigned. Handling a large volume of incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Interacts with the public, employees and physicians in a professional manner.
Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to hospital leadership, including the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors. Responsibilities include but not limited to simultaneously managing multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines, screening, and prioritizing communication from external and internal sources, manage executive team calendars, coordinates board and leadership meetings, prepares confidential reports and presentations, and serves as a liaison with physicians, staff, and community partners, scheduling meetings, recording minutes at meetings, receiving visitors, maintaining files and contracts. Handling a large volume of calls in a professional and courteous manner. Interactions with the co-workers and the public in a professional and respectful way. Requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, and the ability to anticipate the needs of executives in a dynamic healthcare environment.
The incumbent will carry-out duties by adhering to the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct, acts in the best interest of Three Crosses Regional Hospital, and fully supports the mission, vision, and values of Three Crosses Regional Hospital.
