Administrative Assistant For Ambulance Company

Our organization is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at once. This position requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to interact professionally with executives and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and providing general administrative support. Some type of background in healthcare is required. A background in the ambulance industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Organize and maintain executive's schedule and assist with daily administrative duties. Assists in the day-to-day operations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team.
  • manages inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure that all deadlines are met in a timely manner.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Experience:
