Location Administration Office
The Administrative Assistant works under the direct supervision of the COO. This individual must be a born-again Christian of proven testimony and evidence of spiritual growth, including leadership, discipleship, maturity, discernment, patience, objectivity, and stewardship effectiveness. This person must be able to share his or her testimony with program clients. As the Administrative Assistant, this individual must be able to coordinate his/her schedule to meet various deadlines related to data entry, filing, and reporting for the relevant departments.

Education and/or Experience:
Associate degree or minimum 2 years of college
Minimum of 1 year experience working in a professional office environment
Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting and/or record keeping
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Excellent interpersonal, creative problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to learn new software and programs.
Proficiency in using Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
Data-entry level at least 40 WPM.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to manipulate, reach with hands and arms, lift, speak and listen. There may be long periods of sitting in front of a computer screen. Occasionally this position may be required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to operate a motorized vehicle; a valid Florida driver's license is a necessity.
Administer and adhere to policy manuals, memos, and procedures related to this job and remain updated on amendments and changes or memos related to policy, maintaining correct procedures
Receptionist duties such as answering phones and assisting any visitors to the office
Process and input donations into our donor software
Maintain Google Calendar with appointments and meetings
Assist CEO and COO with administrative tasks
Assist the Development Department with letters, reporting, and general tasks
Assist the Human Resources Department with filing, reporting, and general tasks
Assist the Financial Department with filing, reporting, and general tasks
Assist the Communications Department social media moderation and general tasks
Other duties as assigned by the Executive Team
