Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations. This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle email correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining organized records
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects
- Coordinate with team members, vendors, and clients
- Prepare documents, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Assist with basic bookkeeping or order processing (if applicable)
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems, QuickBooks, Shopify, or project management tools
- Background in retail, design, or small business environments
