Administrative Assistant (Full-Time, Partial Remote)

Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations. This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person responsibilities as needed. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Handle email correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining organized records
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects
  • Coordinate with team members, vendors, and clients
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping or order processing (if applicable)
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems, QuickBooks, Shopify, or project management tools
  • Background in retail, design, or small business environments

Compensation

  • Salary commensurate with experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
