Administrative Assistant - Growth Opportunity

We're looking for a sharp, proactive Admin Assistant to work side-by-side with our Business Development leader across a growing portfolio of construction and restoration companies. This is a high-visibility role for someone who wants real access, real responsibility, and a clear path forward.

What You'll Own

Manage the Business Development executive's calendar end-to-end: Anticipate conflicts before they happen, own email follow-up on his behalf, all inbound communications triaged and responded to within 24 hours, track active proposals, RFPs, and BD deadlines across multiple companies and flag them well in advance. Draft correspondence, prepare briefings, and put together pitch materials and presentations. Coordinate with internal teams, GC partners, and sister company leadership on the executive's behalf. Keep filing systems, contact databases, and admin records organized and current across MS Office and Dropbox Process expense reports and invoices in QuickBooks Online as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in an EA, admin, or office support role reporting to senior leadership
  • Construction, restoration, or field-service background strongly preferred
  • Excellent written communication, writing professionally and kindly. Following up thoroughly.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel) and Dropbox
  • Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferredY

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
