Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations across HR, scheduling, and financial administration.
This role requires someone dependable, structured, and comfortable handling sensitive information. You must be comfortable taking feedback and working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters.
This is an on-site position in Aventura, FL. Remote work is not available.
