Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. In this role, you will manage the onboarding process for new hires, maintain accurate employee personnel files, and provide essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience handling confidential information, and a passion for supporting employees and organizational success.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for all new hires.
Accurately build, maintain, and audit employee personnel files for compliance and accuracy.
Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, and data entry.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, documentation, and systems.
Respond to applicant and employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and the hiring process.
Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all HR files and records.
Support the HR team with additional tasks and special projects as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ADP, and similar HR/administrative software.
