Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative & Human Resources Coordinator to support daily office administration and human resources operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth internal processes, accurate record-keeping, and effective coordination between employees, management, and external partners.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling both administrative tasks and hands-on HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administrative tasks, including document filing, records management, and internal coordination
  • Assist with office operations, including onboarding logistics, equipment tracking, and access management.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications as needed
  • Support basic finance-related administration, such as invoice tracking, expense records, and vendor coordination
  • Maintain accurate internal documentation and ensure data confidentiality

Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes (documents, system setup, coordination)
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files in an organized and compliant manner
  • Assist with payroll coordination by collecting timesheets and liaising with payroll vendors or internal finance teams
  • Support benefits administration and employee inquiries related to HR policies
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Help ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or operations support role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
  • Experience with payroll processing or coordination
  • Familiarity with HR systems or employee management platforms
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams or multi-location offices
  • Bilingual in Mandarin

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
