Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative & Human Resources Coordinator to support daily office administration and human resources operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth internal processes, accurate record-keeping, and effective coordination between employees, management, and external partners.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling both administrative tasks and hands-on HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administrative tasks, including document filing, records management, and internal coordination
- Assist with office operations, including onboarding logistics, equipment tracking, and access management.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications as needed
- Support basic finance-related administration, such as invoice tracking, expense records, and vendor coordination
- Maintain accurate internal documentation and ensure data confidentiality
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes (documents, system setup, coordination)
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files in an organized and compliant manner
- Assist with payroll coordination by collecting timesheets and liaising with payroll vendors or internal finance teams
- Support benefits administration and employee inquiries related to HR policies
- Assist with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Help ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or operations support role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with payroll processing or coordination
- Familiarity with HR systems or employee management platforms
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams or multi-location offices
- Bilingual in Mandarin
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
