Administrative Assistant - II

The Louisiana Academy of Performing Arts is currently accepting applications for the position of Administrative Assistant at our Mandeville campus.

This is a full time position (40 hours weekly).

The successful candidate will have:

  • Outgoing and upbeat personality with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passion for organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • 1-3 years experience in a customer-facing role (account management, customer service, or sales)
  • Able to quickly learn new software and comfortable with Microsoft Office
  • Empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs
  • Sales, Hotel, or Restaurant experience is preferred

Hours: 40 hours/wk MON-TH 1 PM - 9 PM, SAT 8 AM-4 PM. Sundays OFF.
