Administrative Assistant II - IPS Supported Employment and Education program

The Benefits, Employment, and Education program is seeking an Administrative Assistant II. Must have at least Intermediate Microsoft office skills, including Word and Excel. Will provide skilled administrative support. Requires ability to work with the public, ability to maintain professionalism at all times and ability to maintain confidentiality. The Administrative Assistant will become knowledgeable of the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Supported Employment model and CWIC benefit services and assist with managing program operations, clinical workflows and activities, fidelity monitoring, and gathering and reporting on program data.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma, or equivalent.
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 40 WPM.
  • Must have Intermediate Microsoft office skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Requires skill in problem solving. Must be detail oriented, very organized, able to multi task, make decisions based on good judgement, have excellent verbal and written skills, ability to stay focused and on task despite interruptions.
  • Requires ability to work with the public, ability to maintain professionalism at all times and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must possess a driver’s license and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.
