Location: TransportationPosition: Year-round (12 Months, 8 Hours)FLSA Status: Non-ExemptOpen Date: 12/3/2025Closing Date: 12/11/2025Starting Pay: $18.78 (and up depending on experience)Essential Job Functions:Reporting to the Fleet Maintenance Manager, this position will perform clerical duties related to fleet maintenance including recording of parts purchased and parts used for inventory, work orders for vehicle repairs, and fuel inventory; prepare and process journal vouchers; and assist with answering phones, talking with parents, driving routes when needed, and PM dispatching.
Qualifications:- Must have a High School diploma; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ office experience required
- Recruiting experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills, word processing, Excel databases and spreadsheets
- Proficiency in Google Apps and Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn several specialized software programs including, but not limited to, Munis and FMX
- CDL license or ability to obtain
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and a variety of tasks in a timely manner
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Understanding of confidentiality
- Willingness to engage in continued learning opportunities as directed to improve knowledge and skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to move in and around district buildings and campus locations
- Able to sit for long periods of time at a computer
- Excellent attendance
