We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant INTERNET MANAGER to join our team! In
Duties
- Oversee and maintain the company's internet presence, including website updates and online content management
- proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general computer literacy to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients and visitors both in person and via phone or email
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping
- Strong office management experience with excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
- Extensive clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing customer support
- Demonstrated computer literacy across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and internet navigation tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $51,487.89 - $75,000.00 per year
