The Opportunity
We are looking for a n Administrative Assistant Intern who wants hands on experience in administration and basic HR within a professional agency setting.

This is not a filing papers internship. You will be involved in real operations, real documentation, and real client coordination.

What You’ll Learn

• Office administration and daily operations management
• Basic HR processes including onboarding support and documentation
• Handling official documents and coordination with government clients
• Professional email communication and client correspondence
• Internal reporting and organizational systems
• Agency workflow and project coordination
• Presentations
• Basic Content Creation and Editing skills

Work Structure

• 6 month internship
• 6 working days per week, Sunday off
• Office based role
• Working hours: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting administrative tasks across departments
• Assisting with HR documentation, Onboarding and employee records
• Coordinating with suppliers and government entities when required
• Organizing contracts, proposals, and client documents
• Managing schedules and internal follow ups
• Assisting management with operational tasks
• Handling Outreach lists
• Participating in RFPS
• Assisting the Head of Operations during events and productions

• Eager to learn and grow within an agency
• Presentable

• You are confident using Google Suits, Canva, Basic Capcut
• You are highly organized and proactive
• Problem Solver with a strong personality
