Administrative Assistant- Ladies only with own Visa

We are looking for an administative assistant for our company with work experience in construction

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain office files, records, and documents
  • Prepare letters, reports, quotations, and invoices
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Handle office supplies and stationery purchases
  • Maintain attendance and staff records

Project Coordination

  • Assist project managers with documentation
  • Prepare and submit project-related paperwork
  • Maintain project files, drawings, and approvals
  • Track project deadlines and follow up with site teams
  • Coordinate communication between office and site staff

Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare contracts, work permits, and submittals
  • Organize safety documents, method statements, and risk assessments
  • Maintain records of licenses, permits, and certifications
  • Assist in tender and quotation submissions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
