- Answer phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain office files, records, and documents
- Prepare letters, reports, quotations, and invoices
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Handle office supplies and stationery purchases
- Maintain attendance and staff records
Project Coordination
- Assist project managers with documentation
- Prepare and submit project-related paperwork
- Maintain project files, drawings, and approvals
- Track project deadlines and follow up with site teams
- Coordinate communication between office and site staff
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare contracts, work permits, and submittals
- Organize safety documents, method statements, and risk assessments
- Maintain records of licenses, permits, and certifications
- Assist in tender and quotation submissions

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
