Job Summary
An Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The role involves managing communications, organizing files, scheduling meetings, handling office tasks, and supporting managers and employees with day-to-day administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain confidential information and documents.
- Support management and staff with administrative tasks.
- Update databases and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with office management software or ERP systems.
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge.
- Customer service experience.
- Own Visa preferred
Work Environment
- Office-based position.
- Standard working hours (may vary depending on company needs).

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
