We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented part-time administrative professional to support day-to-day office operations and help keep teams running efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position will be required to be in the office for up to 20 hours per week.
- Provide administrative support to team members and leadership as needed
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain filing systems, records, and office supplies
- Assist with meeting preparation, including agendas, notes, and follow-up actions
- Perform general office duties to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks Online
- Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with common office software and productivity tools
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience using QuickBooks Online for invoicing, payments, and financial tracking
- Experience supporting multiple team members or departments
