Job Summary: Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Financial & Accounting Support
- Collect and record resident rent payments and receivables.
- Prepare and make bank deposits.
- Maintain accurate rental records using accounting software.
- Assist with accounts payable and monthly reconciliations.
- Support preparation of operating and capital budgets.
- Maintain petty cash and support payroll/benefit coordination
- Administrative Office Support
- Answer phones, take messages, and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
- Type, copy, and format various documents (resident summaries, memos, contracts, reports).
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive resident or staff information.
- Schedule and assist with special meetings and functions.
- Maintain organized and accurate resident files, unit records, and office documentation.
- Marketing & Customer Service
- Assist with tours for prospective residents and help with leasing paperwork.
- Enter new resident data into accounting and building systems; remove former residents as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, visitors, and community agencies.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Cornerstone’s values at all times.
- Resident Services Support
- Respond promptly to resident questions, concerns, or service requests.

- Dependable with reliable transportation.
- Administrative experience is strongly preferred.
