Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work environment. This role is exclusively available to applicants located in Sacramento. As an integral part of our organization, you will support daily administrative operations, assist with marketing development, and manage our client onboarding processes. Duties
Marketing
- Oversee social media and coordinate content and posts with Marketing Manager
- Coordinate with Marketing Manager to set up and maintain monthly newsletters / company updates
- Coordinate with website developer updating website as needed
Administrative
- Lead Client onboarding and assist with new process implementation
- Oversee project management system and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls
- Handle incoming correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses and proper routing
- Maintain organized records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed for team projects
- Support event planning and logistics for meetings or company functions
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing or expense tracking when required
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant with an emphasis in marketing
- Accounting experience a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—along with professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with calendar management tools, Google
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Prior experience working in a hybrid setting is preferred but not required
