Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Temp) – Real Estate

Location: Upper West Side (10023)

Schedule: 2–3 days per week | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Type: Temporary Assignment

Compensation: $25–$35/hour (based on experience)

Overview

A well-established real estate firm is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations on a part-time, temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the office and brokerage team
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and tracking using Excel
  • Prepare documents, contracts, and listing materials
  • Support transaction coordination and ensure documentation is complete
  • Order office supplies and assist with office upkeep
  • Assist with marketing materials, listings, and online postings
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Prior administrative experience (real estate or office environment preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (basic formulas, data entry, tracking)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
