Overview
A well-established real estate firm is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Administrative Assistant
to support day-to-day office operations on a part-time, temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the office and brokerage team

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally

Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems

Assist with data entry, reporting, and tracking using Excel

Prepare documents, contracts, and listing materials

Support transaction coordination and ensure documentation is complete

Order office supplies and assist with office upkeep

Assist with marketing materials, listings, and online postings

Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications

Prior administrative experience (real estate or office environment preferred)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially
Excel
(basic formulas, data entry, tracking)

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
