Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, Temporary - Data Entry)

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support a short-term data entry initiative. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across internal systems while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data into company systems with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Review data for completeness, consistency, and errors.
  • Organize and maintain electronic records and files.
  • Support administrative tasks related to data collection and reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to clarify data discrepancies.
  • Meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

The hourly rate for this position is $26 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Reliable and able to meet established deadlines.

Working Conditions

  • Part-time, temporary assignment (approximately 8 - 16 hours per week)
  • May require repetitive computer work
  • Flexible schedule within business hours, as agreed upon
