Administrative Assistant (Part-Time Weekends)

Schedule:
Friday 4:00 PM – 9:45 PM
Saturday 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
Approximately 23 hours per week

Premiere Aesthetics Institute is seeking a dependable, organized, and professional Administrative Assistant to support our Meridian campus during weekend operations. This position is ideal for someone specifically seeking a part-time weekend schedule.

This role supports front desk operations, student spa scheduling, admissions-related tasks, and general campus administrative support in a collaborative team environment. The Administrative Assistant serves as a key point of contact for students, clients, prospective students, and visitors while helping maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized campus experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist students, clients, prospective students, and visitors professionally and courteously
  • Answer and route phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct individuals to appropriate staff
  • Schedule and manage student spa appointments
  • Rebook clients after completed services to support retention and enhance the student spa experience
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area
  • Assist with appointment records, client files, payment documentation, and reporting
  • Support administrative and admissions-related processes, including applications, lead tracking, communications, and data entry
  • Prepare administrative materials and packets as needed
  • Conduct school tours as needed
  • Support retail organization, campus events, and light marketing or social media tasks
  • Work closely with the Campus Administrative Coordinator, School Director, and other support staff to help keep campus operations running smoothly

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior front desk, administrative, admissions, or customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with scheduling systems and student information systems preferred
  • Professional, dependable, and positive demeanor
  • Esthetician license or spa/clinic experience preferred, but not required

Work Environment
This role works in a professional educational environment that includes reception, administrative, and student spa areas. The position requires regular interaction with students, instructors, clients, and staff, as well as the ability to sit or stand for extended periods and occasionally lift or move up to 20 pounds. Responsibilities may be shared with other campus team members based on scheduling and operational needs.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
