Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and data management.
- Prepare, translate, and review documents in Persian and English.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to support business operations.
- Manage scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements when required.
- Assist in processing company documentation (letters, forms, contracts, etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of company files and confidential information.
- Support HR and PRO activities as needed (visa processing, employee documentation, etc.).
- Provide translation and communication support for Persian-speaking clients or government entities.
- Ensure office supplies and administrative requirements are efficiently managed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Fluent in Persian and English (written and spoken).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred:
- Experience in UAE-based companies or document clearing/business setup services.
- Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
Salary:
Based on experience and qualifications.
