Administrative Assistant Persian Speaker

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and data management.
  • Prepare, translate, and review documents in Persian and English.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to support business operations.
  • Manage scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements when required.
  • Assist in processing company documentation (letters, forms, contracts, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate records of company files and confidential information.
  • Support HR and PRO activities as needed (visa processing, employee documentation, etc.).
  • Provide translation and communication support for Persian-speaking clients or government entities.
  • Ensure office supplies and administrative requirements are efficiently managed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Fluent in Persian and English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred:

  • Experience in UAE-based companies or document clearing/business setup services.
  • Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.

Salary:

Based on experience and qualifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
