Administrative Assistant Phoenix - Full Time

Position Description:

The primary responsibility of the Administrative Assistant is to provide support to mental health and substance abuse providers, including assisting with phone calls, maintaining client files, providing client support between appointments, opening and closing the office, creating and disseminating schedules, collecting signatures, inventory and purchase of necessary office items and other administrative duties.

Schedule:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM

and Saturday from 8:00am to 2:00pm

Minimum Qualifications:

At least two years of office experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires the ability to relate well to the public, in person, and on the phone. The ability to complete tasks quickly with minimum supervision, and to handle and prioritize complex and/or multi-faceted tasks. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe and record keeping software required. Able to work effectively with multiple providers ,and balance and prioritize multiple requests in a timely manner. Respectful, open, unbiased, and accepting attitudes toward diverse population of clients, their families, and other staff. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and/or fingerprinting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Office experience including use of Word, Excel and similar. Previous experience with an Electronic Health Record system is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
