Highly regarded and well established, midsize RE investment firm located in the heart of NYC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a Portfolio Manager and small team. Manage calendars, handling scheduling changes as necessary. Prepare meeting agendas and technology set up. Manage email communication, process expenses, process non-disclosure agreements, organize lunch meetings, obtain visas. Act as point of contact for client meetings.
Must be extremely professional, dedicated and pro-active, with a can-do approach, and a true desire to be successful
Bachelor’s degree required out of a highly regarded university with 1+ year experience as an Administrative Assistant out of a fast-paced, corporate environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, Salesforce.
