Administrative Assistant & Receptionist

We are a well-established pool service, repair, and remodel company and have been providing exceptional work to residential and commercial customers in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties for 30 years. We are in need of a professional, reliable, and self-motivated administrative assistant & receptionist to join our amazing team of pool professionals and enjoy a rewarding, long-lasting career!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person
  • Manage new work requests, estimates, and approvals
  • Perform follow up communication for new work and pending approvals
  • Assist in scheduling of meetings and service calls
  • Perform general office duties including filing and data entry

Other Requirements:

  • Positive, energetic, and courteous attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Pool industry knowledge is a plus!
