Responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for multiple team members.

Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.

Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.

Support event planning and logistics for company meetings and special projects.

Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed.

Collaborate with various departments to support administrative needs and streamline processes.

Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate vendor relationships.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
