Administrative Assistant - Social Media

The Hyde Park Restaurant Group is seeking a Social Media/Marketing Administrative Assistant to work at our corporate office in Beachwood. We are a stable company with 14 properties in 5 states and have been in business for over 38 years!

This is a full time, in person, salaried position, Monday-Friday in Beachwood, Ohio working 8:30am-5:30pm

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Ability to communicate in English with co-workers and management to their understanding.
  • Administrative experience of 2 years, with light exposure to marketing.
  • Must have good organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • High school diploma
  • Must be able work within a deadline.

Desirable:

  • College degree in Marketing or related field
  • Some previous experience in a hospitality environment within an administrative type position

Primary Job Function:

  • Manage all social media channels for the company & grow company's presence through social media, online blogs, & community forums
  • Create compelling, quality social content in conjunction with assets produced by the creative team
  • Develop & conduct engaging community activities & campaigns, both physically & online
  • Work closely with industry partners to build relationships & collaborate on community campaigns & social media activities
  • Maintain content calendars, measure stats, analyze data, & find ways to improve on metrics
  • Support the marketing team & attend industry events when needed
  • Database Management
  • Supporting marketing programs
  • Understanding KPI’s and defining them specifically for social media
  • Collaborating with designers or copywriters to provide attractive and informative campaigns
  • Monitoring all social media content
  • Tracking the performance of the campaign
  • Keeping up with technologies used in social media
  • Tracking customer engagement and SEO to optimize campaign content
  • Establishing relationships/networks of industry professionals or influencers on social media
  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
  • Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
  • Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements

In addition to basic administrative duties (data entry, database management, ordering and maintaining marketing collateral) a qualified candidate will have:

  • Excellent PC Skills including MS Word, Acrobat/Adobe, Excel, and Outlook, Canva, Constant Contact
  • Experience creating and maintain filing systems
  • Experience creating, updating, and tracking charts & tables
  • Ability to prioritize to meet strict deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
