Administrative Assistant / Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time)

We are a home-style dog hotel in Mansfield / Fort Worth looking for a highly organized, dependable person to join our team in a hybrid role combining administrative support and social media/marketing. This position is approximately 60% client communication and scheduling, and 40% social media and marketing support, so it’s ideal for someone who enjoys structure, staying on top of details, and also has a creative side. You’ll be helping manage client inquiries, bookings, and daily communication while also keeping our social media active, creating simple graphics, and supporting promotions for events and boarding. We are a small, fast-paced, family-run business where reliability, responsiveness, and attention to detail matter just as much as creativity.

This role is perfect for someone who loves dogs, is highly organized, and enjoys both admin work and creative tasks.

What You’ll Do:

Client Experience

  • Manage email inbox and respond to client inquiries
  • Assist with booking confirmations and deposits
  • Organize reservations and client details

Social Media

  • Post daily content (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Help capture and share fun moments from our fur-kids
  • Respond to messages and comments

Marketing Support

  • Create simple flyers and graphics in Canva
  • Help promote events and seasonal boarding
  • Assist with basic Facebook ads and campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable around dogs
  • Experience with social media and Canva
  • Able to follow systems and brand voice

Pay:

Based on experience ($15–$25/hr)
